Meridian Development, through the ACU-Presidio Joint Venture, has acquired the former Wilson School in the City Park neighbourhood and will redevelop the building into office space. The redevelopment of this Heritage structure will see Affinity Credit Union use the entire building as its Corporate head office. At completion, the entire structure will be 60,000 square feet of unique office space with approximately 170 parking stalls.
