Meridian is undertaking the restoration and redevelopment of the historic King George Hotel in downtown Saskatoon. Located at the corner of 23rd Street East and 2nd Avenue North. This building will be extensively renovated and converted with a diverse use consisting of retail on the main floor, office tenants on the second, and luxury residential condominiums above.
