At Meridian Development, we carefully select locations where we would want to live ourselves. We believe a development should be more than a place on a map or simply a place to reside. It should be inspiring and become part of a thriving community, contributing positively to the people, its surroundings, and the city in which it is located.
Community, and adding value to it, has always been important to us. We are committed to giving back to the communities where we build, both as part of the community and by building something that creates a beautiful legacy for the city. From Saskatoon to communities across British Columbia, we strive to create projects that not only enhance the lives of those within them but also contribute to the growth and beautiful character of the city in which they are situated.
Founded in 2005 by three entrepreneurs, Meridian Development was established with a focus on residential development. The Company was built on and backed by the then 40+ year legacy of Business Hall of Famer, heritage award-winning, and respected developer and Meridian co-founder Ken Achs. His commitment to quality real estate development extends across all sectors in Canada and the United States.
